British Gas undertook a complete redesign of its website in 2011.

At Rufus Leonard, Rafael managed a team of 5 UX designers to engage with key stakeholders and successfully deliver all UX documentation for the British Gas and  Sainsbury’s Energy websites.

British Gas was named the winner of the ‘Best Online Services’ category in the 2011 uSwitch Energy awards.
