Singapore Airlines started a 2-year engagement with SapientNitro to retire some legacy systems and migrate to a new technical stack.

The work included the development of a new middleware and the incorporation of Amadeus as their booking engine.

The opportunity was used to revamp the airline’s online customer experience, refresh its brand online, and add new ancillary revenue streams like hotel bookings.
